Guidelines for Presenting Papers and Posters

The Conference committee invites you to participate actively in this conference which will be an extraordinary occasion for the exchange of thoughts and experiences. We look forward to receiving abstracts online for consideration and inclusion in the scientific programme as oral and poster presentation.

Guidelines for presenting Papers and Posters:

As ratified from time to time, the groups of subjects have been earmarked as:

    • Anatomic Pathology and Histopathology
    • Haematology. Clinical Pathology, Blood Banking and Immunology and others.
    • Cytopathology
  • All Abstracts to be submitted ELECTRONICALLY ONLY via the tab provided below.
  • Preferable structure for paper/poster: Title, Presenting Author (to be underlined), Co-Author(s), Institute, Designation, Introduction, Clinical profile, Results, Discussion, Conclusion.
  • All abstracts to be submitted in one page in portrait orientation in PDF format only (Maximum up-to 20MB).
  • Hyperlinks, animation images or videos are not permitted.
  • Hyperlinks, animation images or videos are not permitted.
  • Seven minutes will be allotted to the presenting author (5+2).
  • Abstracts of papers and posters will be scrutinized for their presentation merit by scientific committee. The committee will have the right to change the pattern of presentation (Papers to posters) and acceptance or rejection on merits of the abstract.
  • Last date of receipt of Abstracts is 10th August 2023, (submission deadline will NOT be extended).
  • Presenters shall be notified of acceptance of the abstract by 15th August 2023.
  • All abstracts will be published in the Souvenir.
  • All presenters are mandated to register for the conference and to be physically present during the designated poster/paper presentation viewing period.
  • *Delegates who want to present paper / poster need to register for both CME and Conference.
